Where do you ship to?
For now, we only ship to the US, Canada, UK & EU. We're not happy leaving anyone out, but international shipping costs are high and we don't want to pass them on to you. The good news is we're working on ways to lower them so Elements of Truth can reach fans worldwide.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
Just reach out to us with your order number and let us know what you'd like to update or cancel, and we'll get it sorted.
Once your order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes or redirect it, so please double check your details at checkout.
Where is my order?
We will ship in Fall 2026.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.
What if there's a problem with my order?
We've got you covered!
If your package arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or a component is missing or defective, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), no, we'll cover it and you won't need to send anything back in most cases, we'll just ship the correct item.
If you're returning for another reason, return shipping costs apply.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes!
You can request a full refund any time before your order ships.
Once it's shipped, we can't offer a standard refund, but if something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we'll take care of it.
I backed this on Kickstarter, why am I seeing a store?
This store is for new orders only, separate from your Kickstarter pledge.
If you backed us on Kickstarter, your order is already being managed through BackerKit, so there's nothing you need to do here.
Watch for BackerKit emails with your shipping and order details.
Is this the same as the Kickstarter version, or are there differences?
The core Elements of Truth game in the store is the same experience backers know and love.
A few special Kickstarter exclusive editions aren't available here, but everything you need to play is included.
Will my Kickstarter order and store order ship at the same time?
Kickstarter orders will ship first. If you backed us on Kickstarter, your copy will be on its way before store orders begin shipping.
Can I buy expansion packs or replacement parts separately?
Expansion packs are available for purchase separately, either as a collection or individually.
Replacement parts aren't available for individual purchase right now, but if something arrives missing or defective, just reach out and we'll sort it out.
Will the game use imperial or metric units?
Both!
With a global community, we designed the game to be accessible no matter which system of measurement you're most familiar with.
Can kids play?
Yes!
The game includes a wide range of questions, and while some will stretch younger players, it's a wonderful way to help them practice reasoning and learn about the world around them.
Please note that the game isn't suitable for children 3 years old or younger due to small components posing a choking hazard.
